Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place your order either by Facebook message, Instagram DM or WA at 98559714

Do I have to place an order in advance?

Yes, as our orders are baked fresh in small quantities, we do not keep stock for immediate orders. As such it is best to place your order 14 days in advance or give us a call if you urgently need it within 5 days.

What is the minimum order?

• The minimum order for cupcakes is 12 pieces (regular).
• The minimum order for cake is 5 inches.

How do I make payment?

• Full payment is required to confirm the order 2 weeks before the date.
• We accept payment via Paylah, PayNow, and Google Pay.

Collection/ Delivery

Do you do delivery?

Yes, we do deliver to all parts of Singapore except for Jurong Island.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery costs $15-20. An additional $10 is needed for delivery to Sentosa.

Free standard delivery for orders above $200.

Do you deliver to hotels or non-residential areas?

Delivery to hotels will be to the lobby only. You can arrange for the concierge to receive it on your behalf or meet the delivery driver in the lobby.

Can I self-collect the cake?

Yes, self-collection is at Punggol.

Can you make a square cake instead of a round one?

Yes, we can make some round cakes into squares for an additional fee. Please contact us for assistance.

Can you reduce the sweetness of your cakes?

All our cakes are generally made less sweet and have a balanced taste. We are unable to customise our recipes.

Do you make fondant cakes?

No, we do not work with fondant.

Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

Please do contact us for your special dietary requests. We do nut-free, eggless, and gluten-free cakes.

Cake storage

How long can the baked goods be kept for?

All baked goods are best kept in the chiller and consumed within 3 days from the date of purchase. Fresh fruit pastries are best consumed within 1 day of the date of purchase.

How long can I keep my cake after cake cutting?

All cakes are best consumed on the same day and our items do not contain any preservatives/ stabilizers. To ensure freshness, we recommend keeping the remaining slices in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days from the date of collection/ delivery.

How long can the cakes last outside?

Try not to stay out in the hot sun too long and fresh cream cake can be left outside for 3-4 hours. Always keep it in a cool air-conditioned area.

Others

Will candles and a birthday knife be provided?

Yes. A one-time use birthday knife and candles will be provided with every cake delivery.

Why are there bubble tea straws, wooden dowels, or toothpicks in your cakes?

The structure is vital in tiered cakes, as they are heavier and require support, or they may not be able to hold. Do remove the structural items in the cake before consumption. They are food safe but not edible.

Are your bakes halal?

We are not halal-certified. We are Muslim home bakers. Please do check with the school or café if they accept Muslim home baker bakes.
